Will my current employer find out?
No. We never contact your current employer, and we never submit your information to any lender without your explicit go-ahead — role by role. Your search is completely invisible until you say it isn't.
What does this cost me?
Nothing. Zero. Our fee is paid by the employer at placement. You never pay anything, at any stage.
I'm not actively looking — should I still reach out?
Yes. Most of our best placements started as "just checking what's out there" conversations. If something genuinely better exists, we'll surface it. If not, you've lost nothing and now have a contact when the timing is right.
How long does the process take?
We review every submission within 48 hours. From intake to offer depends on the role and your situation, but most of our placements move faster than a candidate applying cold on their own — because we're already in the room.
What if none of the open roles are a fit right now?
Submit anyway. Our open listings are a snapshot — our employer relationships cover far more than what's posted. We match against active and upcoming openings, and we'll reach out when the right one comes up.

    Current NMLS standing and which states you're licensed or willing to get licensed in.

    Comp floor, split structure, lead support — the real reasons a desk change makes sense.

  • Confidentiality preferences

    Tell us which employers, if any, are off-limits. We won't submit you anywhere without your go-ahead.
